Perfect spot near a vibrant square that added excitement to our stay. 🌆 Just the right distance from this place to soak up the lively atmosphere.

There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was TERRIFIC. The room we booked was extremely spacious and luxurious and there was a huge bathroom. The breakfast was delicious with clearing the tables, a particularly good...

The location was good, quite a walk from a lively square. The restaurant was particularly good with short menu here, I had fresh dishes.

The restaurant for dinner was excellent with attentive and skilled reception staff.

Location, close to all the tourist attractions.
The service provided by the hotel does not correspond to the 5 stars. They made us a supposed "upgrade" to the extra room in the suite, which according to them was in the "deluxe" category even though we had reserved a "Deluxe double room with extra large bed". The room had nothing to do with the pictures, the curtains were not closed properly, it was not too quiet, it did not have a sofa and it did not correspond to the expectations we had. Besides, we found a couple of spiders in the room. The hotel bar was very bad value for money, as was the room service. The litre water bottle cost 7 euros, a totally exaggerated price (it was a totally normal bottle of water, from the Aquabona brand). No cold water came out of the taps. The breakfast, which had a price of 18 euro per person was simply right, a disappointment for the place you were.

Very clean, well-decorated, centrally placed for all the main historic and cultural attractions of Madrid. The staff were charming and very helpful.
The room was a little bit small and the bed unnecessarily large in view of the room size. Breakfast was good but over-priced.

The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to Seminario de Toledo. the rooms are a decent size and offer nice views. - Have stayed here before and would consider staying here again.

hotel in general and room they gave us were very cute, cuckoo and very nice
Breakfast is a disaster. tables for breakfast are set up in the main room, I don't like that, hotel is small and I understand that it doesn't have any more rooms, what is unacceptable in a 5-star hotel, is a parsimonious breakfast, short, where the higher quality products such as ham or salmon ran out quickly because there wasn't much of a supply and it didn't get replaced despite saying so several times to the waiter. bread toasters were for walking around the house, insufficient to give service to all the people, you had to wait in line to toast the bread, is solved with an industrial toaster. hot buffet only offered bacon and sausages, we went down to have breakfast at 9:30 a. m., there were only leftovers. pity because the hotel is very nice, breakfast is disastrous

good location, close to the most touristic areas of Toledo, nevertheless, environment is very quiet. There is no parking but there is a public car park with plenty of spaces just a few meters away, although there is no kind of concert...

The breakfast here has a wide variety of fresh options including pastries and fruits. Everything is always kept clean and there are no complaints from me - I'd definitely come back for more 🥐🍓.

The staff at the reception desk were super friendly people. The location was very central, close to an art museum.- Everything was perfect overall, I did not want to leave there and would consider staying here again....

Too little place to store clothes

A small quiet and elegant boutique hotel. The staff was wonderful and the service was excellent. The "romance package" incl dinner and spa was quite a bargain. The meals were wonderful.
Plan to spend some time finding the hotel if you are driving - Toledo has many one way narrow streets. The parking garage nearby makes parking the car easy.
-
Willie
The location here is ideal for exploring a 13th-century High Gothic cathedral.
